Jollibee Part 2

We went to Jollibee again yesterday, minus the photo-op, lol. I wanted to order dinuguan from Red Ribbon but it came with puto, I think and I so wanted rice to go with it, I was that famished, plus there seemed to be a long line. Service seemed slow, there was just one counter open.

So we headed to Jollibee, which was just a few steps away. True enough, two counters were open, so I ordered a two piece burgersteak meal. The cashier looked like she really came from Pinas what with her accent...hehehehe...so we headed to the soda fountain and looked for an empty table. And by golly, it was full! I think there were people there just sitting...hello!!! You're supposed to be eating, not hanging it. It's not like the Jollibees in Pinas where its huge, bystanders can just sit around and not run out of seats. The place was tiny, more like should be for one place except it was divided between Jollibee and Red Ribbon. We ended up going to the closed section of the store and man, it was warm! Finally, after we had a few bites, them insensitive brutes left, lol. And we were able to get a nice seat.

I enjoyed my burgersteak meal. It was two piece not the usual one which I have in Pinas because its just so huge...hehehe...but I gobbled it all down, plus my drink. I had some leftover so I brought my drink with me while we wandered around Great Mall. As usual, we went to Old Navy, Hollister, skipped Gap Outlet, and then to US Polo outlet where they had a denim sale of $19.99. I thought it was a good deal. Usually, I never buy jeans more expensive than $25. Probably the most expensive pair that I got was from Mossimo when we were in Target one time and that was like $22. So I looked that their denims and found a nice pair that I liked for Juniors. I went to the dressing room and wow, it actually fit, a bit lose but at least it wasn't that long. My other jeans are superlong, since I'm obviously vertically challenged, lol and I've resorted to fold them many times over. I swear, I'm going to save up so I can buy a sewing machine from Target so I won't have to pay for alterations, goodness knows how much they'll cost, at the very least $20 I suppose. And I have more than 5 jeans that need alterations, uh oh, I'm better off buying a sewing machine at least its a long term investment, lol. When I'll buy it, hmm...that's the question. Before I go to summer break I hope.

Got the jeans that I liked, then we went to Guess. Hmm...I know in Pinas I told Leila I won't even dare go to their shops. But here, who cares? Lol. They don't know, hehehe...so we went to look at their stuff. I do like their watches. I remembered by mom. I thought I remembered that she had a Guess watch, or was that another brand? Oh well. We also went to H & M where there were a lot of people. I didn't really buy anything, just  the jeans. Can't resist a good jeans deal when I see one.

Then we headed to Valley Fair. The trip going to Great Mall wasn't as long as last time probably because we didn't get that lost anymore. But going back, again, we got lost, lol. But it was okay, we still ended up going to where we wanted to go. Leila had to return clothes she ordered online from Charlotte Russe. And I just resisted the urge to go to Payless...hehehe..I think I have enough shoes to last me awhile. I don't want to turn Imeldific...hehehe...

After we went around, we went home where we missed our turn, but again, still ended up home. Hey, nothing like cruisin around. When I got home, I watched the usual TV Patrol, chatted with Maya and then went to bed. No work for me on Friday night...my brain and my body were just too tired. Til the next day...
