What kind of music makes you think?

It's elevenish and I know, I should be in bed, relaxing and trying to fall asleep. But no, I have to think of IEP goals to write. Hmm...I have the usual Pandora playing in the background with "Pink" radio. I don't know what it is about Pink that I like about right now. I think it must be her recent song, "So What" and "Sober" and "Who Knew" where she shows her softer side?

So, I'm trying to think and at the same time trying to keep my eyes open. I'm conflicted between listening to Pink or to classical music. I sort of subscribe to this theory that classical music (certain kinds they say, but I just pick any either Beethoven, Mozart and Bach) and listen to them and that supposedly helps me to think. Lol. Hmm...or maybe its just psychological. Whatever works, as long as I get the work done or the studying done, I don't really care. And now, I'm getting distracted watching Pink's videos...hehehe...forget about work. Have fun watching videos. I might regret it on Thursday when I have to pre-meet a parent for a TRI IEP. Uh oh. I hope I get those goals ready by then.

Ok, this is the last video I'm watching then its back to Mozart, lol, to help me think, well what's left of my gray matter that's still functioning at this time of the night and after that long day at work.

What kind of music helps you think? Or is silence golden? Probably the blare of the television droning on and on...
