My Birthday Week

Wow, what a week it has been. Next week, I still have that DFA experience to go through and I will have to do it alone. Oh well, another adventure. Definitely, despite the long lines and tiring days, it has been very fruitful and certainly worth the effort.

Things I learned about the whole thing:
1) Bring a ballpen. You don't want to be borrowing someone's pen while lining up.
2) Bring enough money for the food, fares and fees. You don't want to be hungry or else you're going to be masungit and won't last.
3) Go to the restroom before lining up. Granted, you can ask someone to save your place but its better to be there yourself.
4) Don't be maarte or picky when you have to use the restroom. What do you expect?????? Restrooms na mala-hotel?
5) Bring an ID just in case and when you need to claim documents. SSS, passport and other acceptale IDs will do. I think the ones with photos are preferable.
6) Be patient. (YOu need tons of these especially when they ask you to come back. I should know.)
7) Have fun....even if its no fun...find humor in it. Look what I did, its in my blog.
