Back to PCSC

It's my first day back at PCSC. It was both great and a little sad. Great because I got to see the kids again. It was a Friday so there were only a few of them. I saw Angela, Nickson, Christian and Angelo who still recognized me. A little sad because I didn't know the interns there anymore.

In a way, its like I've come full circle. When I first started, it was around June til August and the schoolyear was just starting. And now, its February and I will probably finish until the schoolyear is over til March and then I'll see the schoolyear end. But what is definitely different is that there are a lot of more interns there. It's not suprising. It's a great institution to learn from. I can definitely say that I've learned a lot of things about Special Ed in such a short amount of time. The SPED teachers I've worked there are hardworking and are very willing to help you out and the kids, what can I say, they always welcome you with a warm smile. Of course, there are some exceptions...hehe...but then again that's part and parcel of any institution.

The biggest challenge, other than writing my actual paper is waking up early. Sometimes, I have to be up early in some days that they all have morning shifts. Oh well, according to T. Bles, my Cooperating Teacher, I can just catch up. Oh yes, T. Bles, I'll just catch up. Hehehehe....especially on Monday when I have to be there at 7 AM. Catch up I'll definitely try.
